First Day of Uni

After a month of semester break, empty files, space on the shelves or cupboards are awaiting to be filled up by the pile of papers/notes of upcoming semester.

With just a blink, I'm already at Perth for a year and a half! This will be my final semester at Curtin. It MIGHT be~ who knows? I might be back to further my studies? :) So, started my first day with a mission: aim for Distinction List! Lecturers/Tutors I obtained so far are satisfactory don't feel sleepy in class at all :D glad to find familiar faces in my classes - gives me the feeling of "hmmm, guess I'm really back at Uni again!" Units of this semester are TOUGH TOUGH TOUGH! well, it is expected for final semester units, flooded with information, assignments, etc on the first day...not easy for me to digest! but I better launch my rocket soon LOL!

I believe the most interesting unit of this semester will be Business Capstone: one of the famous unit of Curtin. Basically, you will be given a task, where you are in charge of a company and you gotta plan the strategies for the company throughout the 8 years (8 weeks for us). There will be combination of students across Majors in the team. Something really unique I can say.

The final week break to my last semester! of course~ I have to spend some time to relax and enjoy~~ wheeee...

The weather forecast reported Tuesday as a fine day, so we decided to go for a picnic! Persons involved are: Sam, Parrish, Alex, Alex's gf (was it Jocelyn or Josephine? omg.. sorry I forgot her name), my sis and I.

Before picnic, watched the Dark Knight.. @ Garden City

I must admit, this is one of the best batman movie! The plot was great~ more than 1 climax, the show is really cool, but I dislike the Joker - Yucks.. scary, evil and insane! and Harvey's face is disgusting...

First of all, let me blog about the preparation to picnic!~ so let's rewind a little to the day before~~~ *zeeeeeeeeeeeeep*

It was Monday~ had brunch in the morning - cos wanna go shopping for both clothing and groceries and that's for my brunch!

Spaghetti Meatballs~ lol I cooked this because of Hancock yea~ Hancock ate Spaghetti meatballs in the show LOL. My sis said it was nice! If anyone wants the recipe~ just ask from me

So what did I prepare for the picnic?

yesh! I love desserts...! so today's post is on desserts..

I was not a cheesecake lover until I tasted this cheesecake! The best cheesecake I'd ever had! You can get it at Perth City's Gloria Jeans as well as the Cafe outside Myer's Entrance (the perfume/wristwatch section), diagonally opposite Jaw's sorry I forgotten the name of the cafe, it's outdoor btw.

The impromptu~

Last night, everything happened impromptu, let me list it down ;)

1. Friends came over to my place to borrow the Internet before their dinner, and
2. Suggested, lets go for dinner! - Though I had my dinner but my legs are itchy - wanna go out :D:D
3. Went out, then had dinner at Northbridge LOL niel's favourite place :P we wanted to try something new~ so we went in Billy Lee's Chinese Restaurant, but their service was really bad, they show "black faces" when we walked into the shop and they were rather rude at us! So we decided to leave~ and ate next door - City Garden Restaurant: their service was way better.
oops.. didn't take picture of the food.. I do not have the habit to do so~ LOL
4. After dinner, friend suggested: "Let's go camwhore!"
5. We went to Swan River's jetty at Mill Point Rd!
